1. A deposit of $100.00 is required when the agreement is signed. It will be applied to your bill the day of the event.
2. Deposit will be refunded if canceled one month in advance of scheduled event.

4. Room rental will apply if guarantee is less than 20 people for one room or 50 people for two rooms.
